Before your session, you will receive a brief consultation to discuss your needs, preferences and any relevant health information. Our goal is to create a respectful atmosphere based on trust, confidentiality and clear communication.
1. Scope of Services
These terms apply to all massage services provided through massageivo.com. By booking a session, the client agrees to these terms
2. Booking & Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be booked in advance.
If you need to cancel or change your booking, please do so at least 12 hours before the scheduled time. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
3. Payment
Payment is made on site after the service is completed. Cash is preferred; card payments are also available.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate personal information and inform the therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies or limitations relevant to the massage.
The client must arrive on time. Late arrivals may shorten the session.
5. Professional Boundaries
All services are strictly professional massage treatments. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
6. Health & Safety
Clients experiencing fever, infections, skin diseases or any condition that may affect the safety of the session must postpone the appointment.
The therapist reserves the right to refuse service if a massage is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
7. Privacy Policy
All personal data shared during booking or the session is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties, except as required by law.
8. Liability
The therapist is not responsible for any health complications resulting from undisclosed medical conditions or actions outside the session.
Massage results vary depending on individual conditions.
